STEP 2: Free CAD Design
After understanding your requirements, we create detailed 3D renderings showing your displays in context. You receive comprehensive specifications, material options, and an itemized quotation including production, packaging, and shipping costs.
STEP 3: Prototyping
For complex custom designs or large orders, we produce an initial sample unit with the finalized specifications for your review and approval before bulk production begins.
STEP 4: Production
Once you approve the design or sample, we begin production with integrated quality checkpoints at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% completion to ensure consistent quality throughout manufacturing.
STEP 5: Finishing & Assembly
We perform all required finishing including powder coating, surface treatments, LED installation (if applicable), and pre-assembly of complex components for easier installation.
STEP 6: Final Quality Control
After finishing and assembly, we perform rigorous final quality control inspection on every unit including weight capacity testing, stability verification, and appearance inspection.

Can you manufacture from my existing designs?
Absolutely! If you have existing display designs, technical drawings, CAD files, or even just photos and measurements, we can manufacture to your specifications. Send us your materials and we’ll review feasibility, suggest any engineering improvements if needed, and provide a quotation. We accept files in DWG, DXF, SKP, PDF, AI, and even hand-drawn sketches with dimensions.
What if I don't have technical drawings or design files?
No problem at all! This is very common. Simply share photos of displays you like, your showroom dimensions, the number of samples you need to display, and any specific requirements. Our design team will create complete 3D renderings and technical drawings for your approval. We handle the entire design process in-house—it’s included in our service at no extra charge for orders over 10 units.
How long does the production process take?
